Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you smoothly and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for shipping within Mumbai, across India, and potentially internationally. 

*CURRENTLY WE ARE PROVIDING FREE SHIPPING ACROSS OUR PLATFORM

  1. Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see the exact shipping charges at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
  2. Within Mumbai (Shipping) : Charges ₹150 for orders below ₹2,000. Free for orders above ₹2,000. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 business days.
  3. Within Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) : Charges ₹180 for orders below ₹2,000. Free for orders above ₹2,000. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.
  4. Rest of India : Charges ₹200 for orders below ₹2,000. Free for orders above ₹2,000. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. 
  5. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times : We partner with reputable courier services . The estimated delivery times mentioned above are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues with the courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified (e.g. for pre-order items). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  6. Shipping Destinations : We currently ship to the following locations: Within Mumbai (all pin codes) / Across Maharashtra & Pan India (all serviceable pin codes) support@aaosha.in or 9326358502 to inquire about shipping possibilities.
  7. Order Processing Time: Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  8. Shipping Restrictions : Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete, including the correct pin code and landmark. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes . Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  9. Tracking Your Order : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  10. Lost or Damaged Packages: We take utmost care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order at support@aaosha.in with your order number and details of the issue. Please also include photos of any damage to the packaging and the products. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will either arrange for a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
